Job description

Job Summary:
Responsible to ship sort, label, package, and ship outgoing orders to our international and domestic customers.


Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate/schedule all freight pickups with existing carriers as needed
  • Print internal and external labels in accordance to company standards or customer requirements.
  • Scan and file all required documents including COCs and Packing slips into database
  • Ability to work and understand all customer required portals.
  • Ship both international and domestic shipments
  • File AES and or make invoices for shipments
  • Scan and file all required documents including COCs and Packing slips into database
  • Receive products from suppliers and move them along to receiving inspection
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must having prior international shipping experience
  • Must have knowledge of customs and other international shipping regulations
  • Must have the ability to stand for entire scheduled shift
  • Must have the ability to climb, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and twist
  • Must have the ability to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures
  • 2-4 years of experience
Required Education:
  • H.S. degree or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
Supervisory Requirements:
  • None
