Job Summary:
Responsible to ship sort, label, package, and ship outgoing orders to our international and domestic customers.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate/schedule all freight pickups with existing carriers as needed
- Print internal and external labels in accordance to company standards or customer requirements.
- Scan and file all required documents including COCs and Packing slips into database
- Ability to work and understand all customer required portals.
- Ship both international and domestic shipments
- File AES and or make invoices for shipments
- Scan and file all required documents including COCs and Packing slips into database
- Receive products from suppliers and move them along to receiving inspection
- Must having prior international shipping experience
- Must have knowledge of customs and other international shipping regulations
- Must have the ability to stand for entire scheduled shift
- Must have the ability to climb, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and twist
- Must have the ability to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures
- 2-4 years of experience
- H.S. degree or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
