Position: SharePoint Specialist Sr.
Location: Hybrid/Golden, Colorado

Job Description Summary:
Kelly Government Solutions is in search of a Sr. SharePoint Specialist to support our prestigious federal contractor in the Golden, Colorado area. The team is currently in the early/middle stages of migrating from SharePoint Server 2013 to SharePoint Online. We are looking for someone with extensive SharePoint migration experience. This SharePoint professional will work hands-on with the SharePoint Team to execute an aggressive migration plan. Besides the migration, we also expect input on the usage Office 365 best practices.
Duties Shall Generally Include:

• Collaboratively provide insight and experience for migrating from SharePoint Server 2013 to SharePoint Online/Office 365
• With team leadership's direction, independently migrate from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online/OneDrive, using ShareGate or SPMT.
• Proactively look for ways to improve the process with team.
• Work with customers and internal team to consult and migrate/develop custom solutions from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online using Power Suite, Nintex Workflow Cloud, or out-of-the-box O365 tools

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

• Extensive SharePoint experience (SharePoint Server 2010/2013/Online)
• SharePoint Server 2013 – Strong Knowledge/Ability
• SharePoint Online – Strong Knowledge/Ability
• Nintex Forms and Workflows – Strong Knowledge/Ability
• SharePoint Migration Tools (SPMT, ShareGate, etc) – Strong Knowledge/Ability Preferred Qualifications:
• General Office 365 Enterprise experience, w/ an understanding of how SharePoint works with O365 – Good Knowledge/Ability
• Understanding of Azure how it works with SP Online/O365 – Good Knowledge
• PowerShell experience – Good Knowledge/Ability
• SharePoint Administration experience – Good+ Knowledge/Ability
• Power Suite experience – Good Knowledge/Ability
