Job Description:
Our Successful Project Managers are responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction/reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5-7 Years Construction Management Experience. Only those individuals should apply to this position. Experience and Skill Set Previous Restoration construction management experience is a big plus
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Math skills
- Experience with project scoping
- Experience with project costing and execution
- Knowledge of industry building codes
