DAY IN THE LIFE
You can expect an average day to include:
  • Waking early cause success waits for no sleeper
  • Brushing your teeth and tucking in your shirt like a professional.
  • Arriving to the office early to make sure your teams are set up for success.
  • Reviewing the calls for the day to ensure the right people are assigned to the right calls
  • Meet with Dispatch/CSR team to discuss scheduling and that there are enough calls
  • Review previous days calls with your team to insure quality, workmanship and blowing their doors off with 6-star service that results in an incredible review.
  • Provide real-time coaching/support to meet your teams needs because you said you were coachable and know how to coach
  • Opening up your company provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money making opportunity
  • Arriving on time at the customer home and blowing their doors off with 6-star service that you except from your crewe
  • Recording notes for the next guy because you said you were about the team
  • Collecting payment from the customer cause if the company don’t get paid, neither do you
  • OR Driving to job sites to review quality of work and/or provide assistance.
WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.

JOB DUTIES
  • Direct oversight of installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck inventory and maintenance, and tool inventory and maintenance
  • Oversees the building and completion of installation job packets
  • Ensuring complete and accurate forms in job folders
  • Accurate ordering of materials to complete each installation
  • Approves assignment of installation crews to each installation job
  • Oversees the coordination of materials procurement with approved vendors for maximum efficiency and cost
  • Oversees the tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing on another job as applicable
  • Oversees the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock
  • Maintains safety and quality as a top priority by scheduling and conducting monthly safety meetings
  • Conducting regular job site and truck inspections
  • Permits filing for installations requiring local permits to commence job.
  • Maintains departmental budget expectations to include job costing analysis of completed jobs

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000 plus bonuses JOB SUMMARYThe Field Service Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and supervising employees to effectively provide service and repairs for customers. The Field Service Supervisor supports good customer relations by ensuring that his team provide services as scheduled, that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to and that all procedural standards are followed.

JOB DUTIES
  • Supervises and delegates service personnel to include assistance with hiring, discipline, scheduling personnel, setting work priorities, training, completing time sheets, evaluating performance, and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
  • Meet with/motivate technicians every morning.
  • Conduct regular job site and truck inspections.
  • Evaluates work load and maintain safety and quality as a top priority by scheduling.
  • Assists with dispatching to appropriate technician for dispatching for profit.
  • Evaluates staff to determine training requirements and ensures all field personnel adhere to procedural standards, including reporting and documentation.
  • Provides recommendation to the Service/Operations Manager for training and procedural changes
  • Provides second opinions for failed systems (i.e. cracked heat exchange, compressor, etc)
  • Run scheduled calls and coordinates with dispatch for more calls.
  • Run Call back service calls for unsatisfied customer.
  • Provides after-hours phone, and if needed location support, for team of technicians.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have prior, successful experience as an Service and Repair Technician in the HVAC industry
  • NATE certification preferred
  • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record
