Opportunity:

This position works out of our Des Plaines, IL Headquarters

The Global Service Performance Specialist will support the Global Service documentation compliance & governance, audits (internal and external) and CAPA activities.

What You Will Work On:

  • Support the Global Service Documentation Compliance & Governance:
    • Support the enforcement of documentation standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements
    • Ensures the Service & Support organization follows regulatory and quality processes when performing service functions, as well as drive best in class practices of ticket documentation
    • Support the Call Registration systems and processes, global standardization, training, and on-going assessment
    • Support the global field action service implementation tracking for the Service Organization
    • Support the development and launch of reporting mechanism for ticket documentation health scorecard and analyze opportunities for improvement

  • Supports all related Audit & CAPA activities
    • Support the preparation and readiness of internal & external audits related to servicing teams and processes
    • Represent Service Organization during internal and external audits assigned
    • Execute and project manager Service assigned CAPAs effectively, while meeting each milestone deadline.

  • Effective and result oriented skillset
    • Provide diligent and fact-based verbal and written communication
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and geographically diverse business environment
    • Be a champion of Quality, Lean and disciplined problem solving
    • Organization and cross-collaboration with other departments

Education, Skills & Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, clinical laboratory science or related discipline. Experience in Medical Device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of diverse technical and organizational experience, Such as working in Service /Quality organization is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years Quality and/or regulatory experience with exposure to CAPA, complaints, and field actions are strongly required.

Experience

  • Project Management experience in manufacturing operations and/or quality is preferred.
  • Experience working with Internal Stakeholders – Service and Quality organization
  • AQR CAPA Certification and/or Auditor Certification is strongly desired
  • Great communications skills desired.
