Automotive Dealership seeks a friendly telephone appointment coordinator for our service department.

Are you interested in making $48,120.00 to $54,000.00 per year answering phones and setting service appointments? Responsibilities will include:

· Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls

· Dialing outbound telephone calls to notify of parts arrival and recall campaigns

· Updating the correct guest contact information on each call

· Using simple online calendar to schedule service visit

BENEFITS:

· Full time $15 per hour plus $1.30 per appointment bonus. This averages $48,120.00 to $54,000.00 per year (this is $23 to $25 per hour)

· In office contests and incentives paid monthly totaling $1000-1450

· No cap on commissions
