We are looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take and deliver orders. At Scarpino's you'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guest's experiences. Walk in interviews are welcome at 960 Penn Ave between 1-4pm Wednesday through Sundays, ask for Matt when you arrive.

Food server responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant tables are clean and set up when guests arrive, presenting menus, serving food and beverages and being part of a greater TEAM. Being quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and having a polite and friendly attitude is a must.

Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service while working in synergy with the rest of the crew and knowing that every guest that walks through the door is your guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

• Attend to customers upon entrance

• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

• Take and serve orders

• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

• Issue bills and accept payment

Skills

• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties

• Attention to cleanliness and safety

• Patience and customer-oriented approach

• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

• Responsible and trustworthy

• High school diploma is a plus but not required

Walk in applicants are welcome Wednesday through Sundays

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
