I love working here because management is so flexible with my schedule. There are times I can’t work for an extended period of time because of my full time job, and management allows me to take all the time off necessary! When I’m ready to come back in the summers or I want to pick up shifts every now and then, they welcome me back with open arms!

Being a first time waitress, the menu at Bandanas is very easy to learn compared to other restaurants! Also, team members and staff all work together while on the floor to make each day/night run smoothly! If I’m ever in need of something during a busy night, I know I can count on anyone that I work with to help me out even if I don’t ask them to!
