As the SEO Specialist, you will assist with the strategy and execution of the search engine optimization (SEO) and organic search strategies across multiple domains. You will work in close collaboration with our product, design, editorial and engineering teams to deliver results. This role requires an individual to be highly proficient in all SEO aspects to be successful.

What you'll do:

• Strategize and optimize SEO content strategies
• Assist with QA of technical SEO implementation
• Improving brand visibility through organic rankings to drive full funnel visibility via traffic volume.
• Analyze and track organic search landscapes to find opportunities that drive valuable traffic and bottom-line value for the business in collaboration with our experience and business teams.
• Differentiate between Product, Technical, Local, and Content SEO objectives to implement standard methodologies for each

• Drive local SEO excellence
• Identify opportunities to optimize site infrastructure, sitemaps, robots.txt file, pagination, page response codes, meta data, internal linking, schema markup, core web vitals, and other factors.
• Partner with SEO Manager on redirect strategies to ensure page pathing is functioning properly
• Identify new areas of opportunity to expand organic footprint and improve growth trajectory
  
  
  

What we're looking for:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in SEO
• Experience using site analytics (Google Analytics)
• Experience managing SEO for large, enterprise-level websites
• Experience using popular SEO tools including but not limited to: Google Search Console, BrightEdge, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Data Visualization tools (Tableau)
• Experience building SEO dashboards, reporting on site performance
• Experience building, executing, refining content strategies
• Expert level SEO keyword research
• Experience with Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaborations
• Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, data-driven environments
• Must have a passion for SEO, you stay on top of the latest trends and best practices
