JOB SUMMARY:
***This role is ON-SITE in YOUNGSVIILE, NC***
The Senior Program Manager will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, managing order schedules, and coordinating with corresponding internal staff to meet customer requests. They will foster, maintain, and develop customer relationships while driving to achieve performance metrics.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending Contract Review meeting to review new PO’s, customer RFQ status, current incoming order status, and customer schedule conflicts/priorities.
- Visit key accounts with Sales Representatives as required to review schedules, schedule changes. Pursue expansion of business opportunity.
- Enter change orders into the Business Operating System.
- Initiate schedule changes per customer ECN’s, as required to enable timely execution and phase in to EEW manufacturing process.
- Expedite customer PO’s and coordinate internal problem resolution activities to maintain customer delivery dates, parts issues, and delivery status.
- Communicate order status/changes to customer in a timely fashion.
- Initiate issuance of RMA numbers to customers as required.
- Review Open Order report in the Business Operating System for accuracy of information and make changes weekly to keep information current and credible.
- Initiate Request for Quotation process to assure timely response to Customer Requests for Quotation.
- Review Program Management Documentation to assure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives in customer visits, tours, as required.
- Manage and coordinate necessary changes to Sales order module in the Business Operating System to maintain its effectiveness in day-to-day operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Job Experience:
- Two or four-year degree in Sales or Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum two/three years’ experience in Program Management.
Training Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of the Business Operating System.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platform.
- An ability to develop partnerships and maintain an excellent rapport with customers.
- The ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and calm manner and facilitate resolution.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.
- Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.
