Senior Portfolio Community Administrator

As a Senior Portfolio Community Administrator, you will partner with Community Directors, General Managers and staff at multiple locations to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at several of our busy, beautiful and large communities in the Inland Empire area.

• Manage the resident services desk
• Administer monthly rent collection
• Maintain resident files
• Manage incoming mail/packages/resident deliveries
• Interface with maintenance and leasing staff
• Handle resident inquiries/questions
• Promote an overall positive, proactive first and lasting impression of the community
• You may also assist in various community projects, fun activities and events

To be successful you should have exceptional customer service, solid administrative skills, and the ability to work independently.

Previous knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required. Hours are 9am-6pm. Weekend work will be required, with days off during the week.

PLEASE NOTE: Local travel in the Inland Empire area is required. You must be able to work with multiple sites/personalities and be flexible to float between different properties. In addition to your hourly salary, all mileage for work travel will be reimbursed.
