SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - ARCHITECTURAL WALLS

INFINIUM has an immediate need for a conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. Someone working as a Mechanical Engineer looking for a step up in career with the following qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with close attention to detail.
• Creative and forward-thinking.
• Responsible for developing new products.
• Lead and/or contribute as needed in design review meetings.
• Responsible for prototyping and testing mechanical systems.
• Write reports related to testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
• Solid Works or similar 3D CAD software with 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fastening techniques, spring design, plastic, and roller bearing engineering.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with existing team.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proven ability to take and execute orders independently.
• Must possess a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn.
• Architectural wall industry/construction experience preferred.
• A hands-on person with the ability to design and build your own prototypes.
• Door experience preferred.
• Product design experience/aluminum extrusion design a major plus.
• Experience with CNC machines and 3D printers preferred.
