• Assessing and analyzing workforce trends and providing recommendations for improvements
• Participating in the development and implementation of talent management initiatives
• Partnering with the leadership team to drive organizational change and development

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a track record of building relationships and collaborating to find win-win solutions. You should also be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
