What you will do

As a Senior Field Operations Analyst at Stryker, you will play a key role in facilitating the efficient use of field inventory to enable sales for our Sport Medicine Field Operations Team, so they can continue growing the business.

  • Facilitate the efficient use of field inventory to enable sales by creating inventory reports for the sales force, analyzing orders upon booking, and upholding business standards
  • Investigate and analyze field inventory utilization to ensure efficient use of assets
  • Compile, review, and maintain data from/in our ERP and inventory management systems
  • Participate in lean project work, with a focus on reducing wasting and redundant processes
  • Bring visibility to business-critical issues and lead collective problem-solving efforts
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, adjust errors, and implement countermeasures to address the root cause of the problems
  • Analyze Days In Inventory and other metrics to evaluate ordering quantities and drive regional inventory accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional and cross-functional team members
  • Provide business support through ad hoc analysis and guidance, including third party information sources to sales reps, regional managers, and sales leadership
  • Improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and sales growth
  • Educate and train sales management/reps on systems and processes.
  • Manage transactions of expired product in order to meet regulatory compliance standards

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
