We are a family owned business looking for a Secretary to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone that is compassionate, kind and patient with the families that we serve. Computer skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare legal documents
• Quick Books input
• Interacting with and serving families in a dignified, compassionate manner
• Office organization
• Professional dress is required

Job Details:

• This is currently a part time/ job share position, but could work into a full time postion
• Hours will be flexible
• Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.
• Pay will be determined by experience and mutual agreement
