ABOUT THE ROLE
A Warehouse Associate is a key member of our warehouse team. As the last team members to handle our shipments, they play a key role in delighting our customers with the perfect order experience. They perform a variety of duties in our fulfillment operation including picking, packing, gift boxing, and shipping inventory to our customers. Success in this role is defined by the Operations Associate's ability to meet productivity goals and ensure accuracy and quality of our customers' orders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately and carefully pick, pack, gift box, and ship costumer orders
• Achieve set standards for productivity, quality, and accuracy
• Utilize warehouse management systems to scan, process, and ship orders
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and flexibility when working in the operation
• Maintain a positive professional relationship with the team and management
• Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed
• Always maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to Company Safety standards
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse experience a plus
• Must be able to lift a minimum of forty (40) lbs
• Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic are a must
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether you are working with others or working unsupervised
• Must be comfortable standing for 7+ hours
• Open availability is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Weekend Availability is REQUIRED

FULLY ONSITE
This is a fully onsite role. You will work at our Brooklyn headquarters in Sunset Park. COVID safety protocols: Masks are currently optional but highly encouraged for all team members while working onsite; we require regular testing on a monthly basis.
