Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IT solutions deployed in support of multiple operations related business areas, as well as those utilized for our business intelligence & reporting group.
The two primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Oversee the full spectrum of each IT solution and application; this includes not only the strategic aspects of application (selection, deployment, maintenance, and governance) but also responsibility for all facets of end user support (escalations, training, adoption, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction).
- Manage the relationship between IT and various business stakeholders across both operations and business intelligence. There are several key stakeholders this role engages with from (1) senior leaders to individual users in the organization, (2) technical experts and program managers in our central IT organization and (3) other peers/business process leads.

- Shipment Planning and Route Scheduling.
- Transportation/Freight Planning and Scheduling.
- Manufacturing Integration, Intelligence & Analytics.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
- BS in Business Management, Information Systems or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of functional SAP experience in operations related modules (Transportation Planning/Scheduling, Logistics Execution, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence).
- 10+ years of work experience in data management disciplines including data integration, modeling, optimization, data quality, and/or other areas directly related to data engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with complex system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience working in a role where communication of complex IT technological information is translated into a way that business users can understand.
- Demonstrated experience implementing IT solutions/technologies to support the success of the business.
TECHNICAL:
- Strong SAP Functional knowledge (Operations focus) required.
- Experience with MII (manufacturing interfacing, intelligence & analytics) highly desired.
- Experience with ETL, data replication, API design highly desired.
- Experience with SAP Snowflake highly desired.
- Experience with cloud tools, such as Azure a plus.
- Experience with SQL a plus.
