Benchmark Office Systems is a technology company located in Southern New Hampshire. We are a small, woman-owned business and arecelebrating our 23rd year in business. We are looking for key individual to add to our team for sales and account support. This is a new position being created to support growth and enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will be detail-orientated, multi-tasker, and think outside the box to resolve issues.

At the end of the day, you’ll end up feeling fulfilled and that you helped resolve issues and helped customers to run their businesses more effectively. Must be able to effectively prioritize a broad range of responsibilities to consistently meet deadlines. You will be expected to communicate effectively daily with management, co-workers, customers, and vendors. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an ability/flexibility to work in a fast paced environment. This is a small office, so there may be duties not encompassed here that may end up being added to your position based on ability, schedule, and business need changes. However, if you are looking to be well rounded and never be bored, we are the place to be.

Duties:

  • Calls into current customers to check in and ensure all needs are being met
  • Calls into customers to inform them of other services or products the company offers
  • Assist billing department with quarterly audits
  • Assist office in monthly supply inventory
  • Answer incoming calls as part of office rotation
  • Other tasks as needed

Assist sales team with:

  • Quotes and cost analyses to present
  • Customer support issues (Billing, Excel spreadsheets of their fleets, supply deliveries, etc)
  • Managing lease and contract expirations
  • Creating and scheduling Salesforce touches
  • Order creation, tracking, and scheduling of orders
  • Prepare order packages when orders come in for going through the office process (going to billing, initial supply shipping, contracts uploaded, etc)
  • Assist sales team with flyers (used equipment for sale, Webex promotional meetings, etc)
  • Intro emails and calls to all new customers
  • Can segway into sales if the person chooses

Qualifications:

  • Strong math skills and ability to make accurate calculations
  • Personable and strong phone skills
  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have some background working in Quickbooks or an accounting program
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Computer literate with the ability to work with multiple computer programs including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a clean criminal record. Background check will be performed.

Compensation:

Pay will be commensurate with experience: $16 to 18 per hour

Schedule: M-F 9-5

Benefits:

After 90 days of full time employment, you are eligible for our health and dental insurance program where the company pays 50% of the employee portion and you pay 50%.

401K program with match

You will earn 1 week of vacation after your first year.

Accrual (PTO) time accrues at .667 days per month based on working 40 hrs per week beginning after 90 days.

Alfac accident policy paid by employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
