We have experienced rapid growth, and are looking for a sharp, dynamic individual with a lot of initiative and drive to take charge of Franchise sales. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the franchise sales process and will be greatly rewarded for exceptional performance. This position is extremely important and reports directly to the President of the company. We have strong plans for expansion in the South Carolina Midlands and Augusta, GA areas and are looking for the right person to work as an important member of our team. Responsibilities

• Developing salespeople and creating a team of dynamic, focused successful people
• Hiring and training
• Increasing sales including Self-Generated business
• Developing business with contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate brokers and people of the trade
• Setting sales strategy by partnering with internal and external groups and using a combination of efforts to include benchmarking competition, updating value selling and points of differentiation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience
• Significant personal experience managing sales people preferred
• Have innovative ideas how to motivate people
• Positive attitude and a team mentality
• Computer experience in Word and Excel; experience with Sales Force and CAD is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
