Ron Morris Heating & Air is a small worker-owned business in Spokane, WA. We are fast-paced, demanding, collaborative and our goal is to serve Spokane, Washington and the Inland Northwest with comprehensive Fireplace Sales and Services.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. The Customer Service role will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly facilitate customer satisfaction will make you successful in this full time role.

Responsibilities
•Greet and assist customers
•Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
•Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
•Inform customers about discounts and special offers
•Stay up-to-date with new products services
•Write up sales orders and take deposits

Requirements
•Experience in sales
•Understanding of the retail sales process
•Basic math skills
•Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
