Major Roles for the PLUMBER SALESPERSON:

· Responsible to meet set revenue goals

o Achieve a minimum revenue goal for water losses through plumber marketing.

o Quarterly minimum sales goal set per employee with weekly accountability and reset each quarter.

· Achieve targeted measurables weekly

o Have weekly sales meeting with sales manager to discuss all measurables to insure they are being met.

· Generate Plumber Referral Partner sales qualified leads for our production team to close

o Market to qualified emergency plumber referral partners on a consistent basis to achieve sale qualified lead goals.

o Follow PDQ proven referral partner sales process designed for plumbers utilizing PDQ's 4 unique selling points

o Report on L10 Scorecard to sales manager

· Attend all PDQ company meetings and functions

Qualifications:

  • Exudes our core values: confident, hardworking with a sense of urgency, always has PDQ’s back, caring, collaborative, and cheerful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have: a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to pass a drug screen test and a background check
  • At least 3 years of proven sales skills in outbound cold calling or telemarking. Relationship marketing experience a plus.
  • Property management, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, insurance, mortgage or real estate preferred
  • Strong negotiation, verbal and communication skills
  • Driven to succeed as a tenacious, high-energy, self-starter
  • Detailed oriented, self-directed with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as PipeDrive, HubSpot or SalesForce helpful

Working Relationships:

  • Reports directly to our Sales Manager

Working Conditions:

  • Split between an office setting and local travel in New Jersey visiting emergency plumbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base salary of $52k plus approximately $30K commission determined by individual sales for total on-target earnings of $82K. Uncapped commission potential.
