Cennox is seeking a remote-based Routing Coordinator to aid in the completion of scheduling and routing of work order assignments and projects for the Cennox Operations team. What Does Each Day Look Like as a Routing Coordinator?

• Receive direction each day regarding what ongoing project or tasks that need to be completed, however largely work independent of direct supervision.
• Common Project - Review technician routes with proprietary routing system and optimize the route for travel efficiency.
• Common Task - Create service work orders for projects utilizing MS Access database and proprietary CRM web portal.
• Common Task - Create customer assets in the MS Access database and manage the data of those assets.

Skills and Requirements:

• Possess a demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Access and basic query functions (select, update, append, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

• 2 years of working experience with Microsoft Excel is required; you must be able to demonstrate a familiarity with Excel
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable data field, preferred
• Working experience with any routing optimization software is ideal
• SQL working knowledge required
• Proficient data entry and general computer skills are required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
