Position: RN including RN Residents

Up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

Required qualifications:

  • Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • One (1) year Acute care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at that facility.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing upon hire.
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
