Winter Park Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 103-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Winter Park, FL. We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team of caregivers.

What you bring to our team:

• Active Florida RN license
• Current/active CPR certification preferred
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Assess and document resident progress in the medical record
• Perform preventative skin care, dressing changes, and wound care
• Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to supervisors and DON
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures
• Assist in the admissions process, transfer process, and discharge process
• Other duties as assigned

As the Registered Nurse (RN) within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff. (RN) Registered Nurse Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care
• Supervise clinical staff (such as LPNs, CNAs)
• Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within your facility
• Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• Active RN License Required
• Advanced Organizational Skills
• Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
