Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in reverse logistics or relevant supply chain planning.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience in managing customer-centric programs in a technology or a related field.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain within consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of product life-cycle.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Provide returns forecasts and demand models for various products across the globe. Manage component inventory for warranty requirements to maximize customer service levels and mitigate risks.
  • Manage planning engagement and process internally with cross-functional areas ensuring service needs are fully met and covered for Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations teams.
  • Analyze repair databases and identify component usage rates and trends during product life-cycle. Partner closely with the Service Components Planning team to align on parts demand forecast, and short-term and long-term procurement decisions.
  • Support last time buys by providing accurate, reliable inputs from demand model, and forecast. Analyze patterns and trends in data and help drive continuous process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of planners to develop their quantitative skillsets.
