As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide returns forecasts and demand models for various products across the globe. Manage component inventory for warranty requirements to maximize customer service levels and mitigate risks.
• Manage planning engagement and process internally with cross-functional areas ensuring service needs are fully met and covered for Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations teams.
• Analyze repair databases and identify component usage rates and trends during product life-cycle. Partner closely with the Service Components Planning team to align on parts demand forecast, and short-term and long-term procurement decisions.
• Support last time buys by providing accurate, reliable inputs from demand model, and forecast. Analyze patterns and trends in data and help drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners to develop their quantitative skillsets.
