POSITION: Revenue Cycle Specialist
LOCATION: Corporate Office - Franklin, TN
HOURS: Full-Time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Hybrid option: MWF in Franklin Office
Up to $62k/year Depending on Experience

This 40 hour Monday-Friday Medical Claims Analyst position is based in Franklin, TN. Hybrid schedule of MWF in-office available.
Essential functions of Revenue Cycle Specialist:
- Review bills for appropriateness based on individual contracts
- Re-price inmate medical claims per network provider terms
- Data entry of claims in SharePoint database
- On-line data entry of network re-pricing
- Run reports as required through SharePoint
- Communicate with clients via phone, email or fax as required
- Segregate bills for reconciliation back to County
- Route bills for proper approval
- Copying, scanning, and filing as required
- Any and all other duties assigned.
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Typing & 10-key with accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Active CPR certification
