This position is responsible for supporting the wholegoods sales, parts, service, and rental operations within the store, as well as maintaining a clean and inviting dealership for our customers and employees.

- Contribute to the accurate completion of the wholegoods sale documents and packets
- Assist sales department with various sales functions including financing, maintaining CRM data, and customer field demonstrations
- Provide support to the sales department with the arrangements for pickup and delivery of customer equipment
- Maintain accurate equipment attributes and descriptions
- Obtain and post equipment pictures on website
- Assist parts department with shipping and receiving, cycle counts and physical inventory, delivery, and parts counter sales
- Assist the service department with various administration functions and duties around the facilities and equipment lot, basic cleaning, maintenance, organization of the service department and occasional setup and assembly of products
- Assist the rental staff with various duties, including rental product displays, warehouse organization, delivery/pickup scheduling, rental contracts, invoicing, walk-ins, and equipment reservations
- Light custodial/facilities work including (but not limited to) replenishing paper and soap in dispensers at all restrooms and hand sinks, emptying trash in lobby, offices, lunchroom and restrooms, vacuuming, washing windows, washing and waxing floors, and occasional cleaning of sidewalks outside of dealership
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments

Required:
- Related work and/or related military experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
