Nexeo HR has partnered with a one-stop shop for all your disaster restoration needs. Our client has been serving Northern Utah and surrounding communities for over 30 years. Responsibilities
- You will be working with others and expected to maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.
- As you contact vendors, you must be comfortable taking on estimates from $1,000.00 to $50,000.00.
- Responsible for running production on all projects you estimate.
- Select and coordinate your connections/relationships to insurance and adjusters.
- Establish a relationship with the customer by securing the job and providing customer service as well as having your own sub-contractor base is a plus.
- Create and adhere to acceptable budgets and address overages as they present themselves.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience in the restoration field.
- Must be a sales oriented, detail oriented personality.
- Must be fluent in using Xactimate.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple processes.
- Must have working knowledge of applicable building codes.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- 3 references REQUIRED*
Pay
$60,000-$90,000 per year
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
