General Regional Manager in charge of overseeing 3 restaurants within Valley stream, Garden City and Island Park.

The general restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 3 restaurants, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The specific duties and responsibilities of the general restaurant manager include:

1. Hiring and training staff: The manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, and ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the menu, able to provide excellent customer service, and comply with health and safety regulations.

2. Managing finances: The manager is responsible for managing the restaurant's budget, including setting prices, controlling costs, and ensuring that the restaurant is profitable.

3. Ensuring customer satisfaction: The manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the food, service, and overall experience at the restaurant. They may handle complaints or issues that arise, and work to improve the overall customer experience.

4. Maintaining inventory and supplies: The manager is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and equipment to operate efficiently.

5. Managing operations: The manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, coordinating kitchen and dining room activities, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
