• Salary: $75K annually, with weekly bonus opportunity

• Schedule: Tues – Sun
• Location: Detroit, MI

If you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years in Fine Dining General Management, hospitality, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstration of ability to manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

And you can:

• Promote PAO within the Detroit community
• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality standards
• Resolve guest situations and implement solutions
• Schedule employees, oversee work schedules, and identify hiring needs
• Oversee private dining experiences
• Monitor inventory and forecast/report on financials
• Oversee day-to-day operations & report directly to ownership
