Reservation Agent
Administers the guest's entire experience from the initial call, to booking a reservation, while providing excellent customer service. Must have superior communication, computer, and phone skills. Must be very organized, have an enjoyable personality, and basic conflict resolution capabilities. Must have a clear understanding of increasing revenue, while enabling the upmost customer experience. This is a full-time seasonal position with the possibility of becoming a full-time yearly position.
