Location: Virtual/Remote
Job Type: PRN
Pay: $500-$1000 a month
Creekside Counseling Group is a behavioral health company that is seeking a collaborating MD or DO for a PMHNP or a PA that provides medication management services for patients in an outpatient counseling office setting. We provide a full range of pharmacological, psychological, and behavioral health services to the Genesee county area. We are looking for this physician to be PRN or as needed.
Responsibilities:
- As needed support for PMHNP or PA providing pharmacological services
- Comply and fulfill all federal/state specific requirements as a collaborating physician
Requirements:
- Michigan Medical License
- DEA License
