The 700 Club Prayer Center

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Bilingual Digital Engagement Specialist to help grow CBN's online communities by engaging users through various digital channels. These include social media, live chat, apps & app reviews, websites and email. DES's will respond to prayer requests, reply to user comments, answer questions and moderate channels to ensure users interact appropriately. The position also includes communicating with established and prospective CBN partners, servicing multiple-channel transactions to encourage financial support. Lastly, DES's work to maintain and enhance partner relationships by resolving or escalating issues or concerns.

We have openings for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Availability for the Remote Call Center:

Full-Time: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Start time 12pm EST or later.

Part-Time: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Start time 5pm EST or later.

The regular, full-time position works 40 hours per and is paid at $16.25 per hour. Along with full-time benefits, Regent University offers CBN Employees a 75% tuition discount available immediately!

The regular, part-time position works at least 20 hours per week and is paid at $16.25 per hour. Employees averaging 20+ hours per week accrue part-time vacation and sick leave and are eligible to participate in the 401(k).

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
• Strong understanding of mobile and desktop navigation
• Ability to communicate professionally on multiple channels with strong written communication skills, including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling
• Ability to quickly learn current and emerging digital platforms and programs
• Experience with live chat and troubleshooting technology preferred
• Ability to appropriately represent the CBN brand using sound judgment and discretion
• Excellent ability to listen and empathize.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, fast paced environment, frequently adapting to change
• Ability to self-manage and be well organized, with strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
• Ability to work holidays as needed
• Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols
