Elim Wellspring Assisted Living, a 4-star rated, cozy 30-unit assisted living campus formerly known as Caley House, is looking for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and work along with the team that maintains high quality resident care and high census, consistent staffing, with longevity, and caring staff for peace of mind. Along with fostering partnerships with residents, families and all our third party providers. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $5,000 Bonus!

This RN role supports our Full-Time Director of Health Services by mentoring and training our caregivers, completing assessments, transcribing orders, monitoring and following up on resident condition changes. We are looking for the right RN to join our team that knows what teamwork means and is ready to have fun!

We're a short drive away from the following cities: Cambridge, Zimmerman, Dalbo, Elk River, Milaca, Pease, Foreston, and St. Cloud.

This is a Part-Time position, working 3 days a week, days are flexible. Wednesdays Required.

RN responsibilities:

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

RN skills and requirements:

• Current MN Nursing License required.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
