LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse)

Pay: $27 - $35/HR DOE

Shifts available: 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, or PRN

Position Summary:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine vitals procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and recording/ updating patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
• Promptly communicate any significant changes in behavior or conditions to supervisor.
• Make routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures.
• Must be comfortable doing occasional lifting or transferring of residents.
• Effective communication, customer facing, and interpersonal skills needed.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
