Job Title: Registered Nurse in Hermiston,Oregon
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical team as a Perioperative RN Circulator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the perioperative care of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Perform nursing activities in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of the patients' surgical experience
Ensure provision of quality care of surgical patients through utilization of the nursing process, established standards of care, policies, and procedures
Act as the patient advocate and be responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to you
Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
Be responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, or RN Team Leader and participate in the Call rotation.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of OR
At least 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing practice
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
BLS and ACLS certification
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and competitive salary of $130 per hour.
