Ware Visiting Nurses Service has an opening for a Registered Nurse to see qualified home healthcare patients in their homes in the Ware County, GA area and surrounding counties. The agency covers Ware, Bacon, Pierce, and Clinch counties. This is a per visit position with excellent pay rates and benefits. Benefits include health insurance and PTO. As an RN, duties will include;
*Provide direct patient care, including case management and skilled nursing visits for home health patients with needs related to wound care, IV therapy, and patient/family education.
*As a clinical manager, provide hands-on patient care, management and evaluation of the care plan, and teaching of the patient/family in accordance with physician orders.
*Report patient care/condition/progress to patient's physician on an ongoing and as-needed basis.
*Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and other clinical staff.
