WHO WE ARE- PCN is a Veteran and Nurse Practitioner owned staffing agency that matches LPN?s, RN?s and CNA?s with open shifts at long term care facilities in their area. We serve facilities throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and North Carolina.
WHAT WE WANT- We are seeking reliable professionals who take pride in caring for residents, provide a positive attitude and want to be part of a great team. Availability to work evenings and weekends preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL GET- Once you join our team, we work hard to offer you shifts in facilities you would enjoy working at. Pick up as many or as few shifts as you?d like; no more stressing about working too much or not having enough hours.

We are currently seeking reliable RN professionals for Full-time, Part-time and PRN opportunities with long term care facilities in Nazareth, Bethlehem, Lehighton and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess an active PA RN license with previous experience in long term care.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - RN
Current, unrestricted license with the PA State Board of Nursing
Previous experience in long term care
Ability to build rapport with residents, families and staff
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - RN
Provide a positive attitude and desire to be part of a great team
Take pride in caring for residents
Responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents
Collaborate with facility nurses in order to provide excellent care
Educate and update patients on medical treatments
