We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to join our team and create change in the lives of others!

As a Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy, whether it be from a patient's home, school, or in the community.

As our Behavior Technician/RBT, key responsibilities include:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community environment
• Follow individualized treatment plan tailormade by the BCBA to meet the child's deficits
• Implement behavior plans customized by the BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Participate in trainings and team meetings
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers

* Address multiple deficits for each client including:

o Language acquisition

o Functional communication training

o Social skills training

o Daily living skills

o Decreasing maladaptive behaviors

o Community safety skills

o Toilet training

o Executive function training

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children on the ASD spectrum
• Minimum educational requirement of High school diploma
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of job offer. We will help guide you through this process!

• Effective communication skills including verbal and written
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to obtain certifications and trainings as required per our company (Ex. First-Aid)

• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
