We are currently seeking an OTR petroleum transport dispatcher who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and business-oriented to achieve the efficiency, growth, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals of Parker Oil Company. Reporting directly to the Manager of Supply and Distribution, you will be primarily responsible for planning and supervising the day-to-day operations of approximately 15 transport drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the transport fleet operations. Including drivers, fleet trucks, warehouse embarkation, delivery locations, and inventory levels.
• Ownership of the load ordering process and dispatching of drivers, full circle connecting the trucks to the customers.
• Manage the transport division staff which includes interviewing, hiring, firing, coaching, training, and managing performance.
• Monitor and assure compliance in areas including safety, Federal and State regulations, hours of service, health/environmental, and human resources.
• Monitor regional assigned bulk plants and C-Stores for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure training of personnel is consistent for repeatable results in paperwork and product delivery quality
• Plan, execute, and monitor employee interaction and service ensuring all work is performed in a manner which consistently meets or exceeds Parker Oil Company expectations

• Ability to be flexible and remotely available odd hours based on delivery exceptions, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of the petroleum industry is desired
• Minimum of 3 years of CDL/DOT related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred
• Delivery and/or distribution, sales and general management experience
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with general computers and Microsoft Office products required
• Ability to provide strong leadership through coaching and mentoring with a focus on customer service
