Position Summary: Our busy Physical Therapy office is a looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team. We are wanting a receptionist who is friendly, reliable, hard-working, and who is pleasant with patients. Applicants should have great people skills, be service-oriented, and must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.

Essential Job Functions: Be present and punctual to all shifts. Patient check-in and check-out. Insurance prior authorizations Collecting co-pays and balances at time of service Data entry, maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Must be a self-motivated individual, positive, happy and upbeat Ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications: Great customer service skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Phone experience Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred but not required Computer proficiency Ability to multi-task in a busy, high demand work setting Responds promptly to the needs of others and looks for ways to help and serve Contributes to team effort by accomplishing day to day tasks

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm
