Sibia Eye Institute in Boynton Beach, FL is looking for front office receptionist to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 11195 S Jog Rd Ste 2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

*Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule appointments as needed *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Ability to work as a team member *Management of multiple tasks simultaneously *Motivation to succeed *Empathetic personality giving attention to patient's needs and concerns *Strong organization with attention to detail *Working knowledge of Excel *Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers
Qualifications

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *One year minimum experience or training in medical practice *Bilingual
