Mercedes Benz of Catonsville is looking for an experienced receptionist. We are looking for customer-focused, enthusiastic individuals with exceptional communications skills, and a professional appearance.
Primary responsibilities for this role:
- Answers incoming calls, routes call to appropriate departments
- Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Sends template emails to customers
- Fed-Ex packages daily
- Distribute license plates to customers and keep signature log when picked up.
- Serves as clerical and cashier back-up.

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous customer service experience is a required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
