Dallas Engineering firm is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist, that provides services in engineering, planning, construction, and environmental services for public and private clients. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for the Dallas, TX, office.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support and front desk receptionist duties.
Greet clients, answer and appropriately direct incoming calls, and manage front desk
Federal Express, UPS, and other express carriers including local couriers for shipment/deliveries
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and prudence
Assist the office with filing, scanning, mailing and deliveries
Maintains inventory and coordinates kitchen supplies, including but not limited to cleaning supplies, paper products, coffee supplies, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working in the professional services industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with all levels of staff
Must be capable of handling multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
