The Real Time Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring that the interval compliance agreements for are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance
• Program break schedules when adjustments are needed
• Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports
• Use trends and reports to help with forecast requirements
• Adjust schedules on real time to maximize resources and costs
• Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrate sound work ethic
• Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with reports in Excel and forecast results
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time
• Previous call center experience required
• Previous Work Force Management experience is considered an asset

REQUIREMENTS:

Availability: Able to work within the operating hours of 8:00AM-11:00PM, any day from Monday to Sunday.
