ABOUT US:

We are a growing real estate investment company that specializes in easing the burden of families across the country that own distressed, inherited, or otherwise unwanted real estate. We purchase, assign, list properties for these families who would like the ease, speed, and knowledge we bring to the table with unique situations that need unique solutions. As a result of our growth we are looking to expand our transaction coordination department.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Admin Assistant/Transaction Coordinator with the skillset, knowledge and experience that comes with managing real estate transactions. We pride ourselves on putting our clients first, and thus look to grow the department to help cover the expanding number of families we are helping. Experience in real estate is required, as well as being hardworking, honest, and detail oriented. A ‘hunter’ mentality is also a ‘must-have.’ We utilize all forms of communications with clients and vendors and often spend a significant time on the phone; so being comfortable making calls is required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track the progress of all transactions and update the team on a regular basis
  • Consistent follow-up on paperwork as well as client check-in’s, and communications with our title company to ensure that the transactions are closed on time
  • Preparing commission statements for all closing transactions for our retail division
  • Preparing bank deposits by reviewing escrow/commission routing slips for escrow deposits
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Managing our client database and preparing reports
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Real estate license preferred
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nashua, NH 03060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
