Transaction Coordinator Job Description

Summary

Independent Transaction Coordinators ("TC"s), working with Agent Transaction Solutions, provide real estate transaction coordination and contract to close services to real estate agents. The professional independent TC is a trusted resource for each agent-client partner ensuring all parties to a contract are privy to critical timeframes by providing clear communication and at a high level of customer service. A highly-skilled TC can manage multiple agent-client partners, delivering an unmistakable value-add to the agent-client partners on their roster.

Primary Responsibilities

· Review incoming contracts as an additional set of eyes for accuracy and manage the broker compliance process

· Maintain communication with all parties involved in the contract process at critical milestones during the contract

· Lead weekly file review/relationship building calls with each agent-client partner in support of their business

· Lead weekly status update calls to co-operating agents aiding in the spirit of communication across all parties

Experience / Minimum Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional demeanor with a strong focus on details and accuracy

· Ability to work independently AND in a virtual team environment

· Growth, development, and learning-based attitude

· Unlicensed individuals will have at least 1 full year of transaction related management experience.

· Licensed individuals will have at least 1 full year of transaction coordinator management experience -or- at least 20 units of sales production.

· Working knowledge and understanding of basic contract forms, history of drafting and executing offers, amendments, etc.

· Working knowledge and understanding of at least two or more of the following applications; DocuSign Rooms or eSignature, Zip Forms, Dotloop, SkySlope, KW Command, tcDocs, or other related application.

· Possesses a computer with the ability to process multiple applications open simultaneously, and with a working practice of navigating computer data quickly.

· Ability to work with a cross-functional team, supporting the synonymous goal of team and individual business growth, and combined with our core principles.

· Associates level degree or higher, preferred

· High School Diploma, required

Requirements

· Candidate to provide own computing and cellular devices, must be in reliable working order

· 1099 Independent Contractor, paid monthly
