Our Cle Elum office is looking for a professional Real Estate Realtor to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Realtor's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Have a servant's heart approach to customer service
- Great communication and social skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be 18+
