We are a high-level real estate investment team who finds and markets for off-market properties. We have more leads than we can handle and are looking for a LEADS MANAGER to help with fielding those leads. You’ll receive and filter through leads, follow up with potential sellers, and schedule appointments for the Acquisition Specialist to attend. This position allows you to work from home, and you do not have to be local to the Augusta area! This position also is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our leads manager needs to perform at their very best. You will receive on-the-job training and learn from the best! The ideal candidate is a talented lead manager who is patient, an avid listener, and detail-oriented with the best customer service. Responsibilities:- Respond to all leads with extreme speed!
- Filter all leads precisely
- Document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Schedule appointments for the acquisition specialist to attend
- Report to the acquisition specialist on a daily basis and ask questions when needed!
- Selling is your passion, and you are a relentless beast when it comes to following up with your leads!
- You enjoy building relationships with people, effectively communicating, and helping others with their tough situations in life
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related fields of study, is strongly preferred but not required
