Real Estate Coordinator to our expanding Real Estate team! Based in Philadelphia and reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate, the Real Estate Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the company’s real estate growth efforts as well as on-going real estate needs of the brands portfolio of bakeries. This role is integral to the on-going, day-to day efforts and execution of the real estate team. The Real Estate Coordinator will assist in the management of weekly Real Estate Committee meetings, New Store Opening meetings, and refresh/renewal efforts.

Position focus:
- Work with the real estate team, real estate brokers, industry network and cross functional leaders to support the delivery of on-brand expansion opportunities
- Support data analytics partners by aggregating, organizing, and delivering key system-wide data
- Participate in real estate committee meetings through the preparation of specific material including site proposals, site assessments, market assessments and proformas.
- Track the life cycle of opportunities and shepherd each location from approval to opening
- Assist in developing and leading efforts to manage a lease renewal process with cross-functional team leaders
- Managing special projects assigned by the Vice President of Real Estate
- Being a champion of the brand that fits and promotes the brand and culture to the industry
Desired skills, education & experience:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in a high-level, time sensitive environment (real estate and/or multi-unit experience preferred); bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with a large asset portfolio and pipeline of opportunities
- A strong track record of business partnering with C-suite/senior level executives
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
- An ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and lean environment
- Ability to work independently
- Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity, speaks up, and assumes best intentions
- An owner's mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A hands-on, tech-savvy, and data-driven approach
- Ability to travel as needed and spend time in the field
